i have to bust my ass to get my chest, tri's and shoulders done in less than 2 hrs, and i always go over. i'm gonna switch it up and see if i can get something going. did chest shoulders and tri's today with abs. " try to do abs daily". thanx for the info.

how much recovery time as in days to u let your muscles rest before working them out again....1 day? i do chest, shoulders, and tri's same day eod, and back and bi's eod, with a day of rest on sundays,,, am i overdoing it?

would i go to 350mg or go to 400mg.

any opinions.. should i increase test to 400????

aight, would a cycle of test 300 and deca 200 start messing with my libido. First time around with a chick, hit like a champ,, on into the night for the 2nd or early morning...wrong answer. Dont know whats up, just feel like a dumbass when it happens. are the deca and test levels to close...

just wondering, looked in the mirrior the other day and seen an assload of veins showing from the top of my chest around my shoulders. Is that normal or is something wrong. Didnt know if its b/c i put on alot of weight on upper body or if its from something else, i also noticed some stretch...

12 weeks, just about done with week 4. i can tell that the injects are starting to kick in,,, nightsweats and all,, man that sux. will i lose much strenght between week 4 and week 8 before i start the dbol back?
