I've switched from high weight, low rep sets to this low-moderate weight, high rep sets this week. My legs feel completely dead today. Must be a good sign....except getting on and off the toilet hurts. But that's a good hurt!
Also doing the same for the upper body but leaning more toward 12-15...

A few of the people who responded after that said that 15-20 reps is the magic number for big legs. No one has given a set range though.
Putting the bat on the ball is something steroids can never help a player do. That's something a lot of the public and sports writers forget about. I'm sure they can help you hit the ball further, get on top of the ball a tad faster, and help you recover from injuries.....but the player still...
Sort of agree. The regular powder stuff isn't that great but I used it back in high school. Couldn't afford anything else so had to do with that. It worked, can't complain about that I guess.

Why can't people take weights off the bars and put them back where they belong? I hate going from bench to bench, machine to machine, to collect enough plates to leg press with. If you are a big enough hardass to load a crap load of weights on the bar, then you are a big enough man to take them...
Half of those look like infections! Or some serious swelling at least. Hell, I've seen rolls of hamburger with more definition.

Yeah I've tried it a few times. Not bad. It was always nice for those 10+ hour days at school though. My sister gets them for me all the time since her work gets a case for free from time to time.
They go through a few cases a week too, in a town that is barely a "city".
