I don't thin so that we should eat before bed. We should avoid eating before going to bed. We can eat but before some time. Sleeping after eating causes lot of health problems. I also avoid eating before bed.

It depends on us that how much we need to lose weight. I think 30 to 40 minutes are enough to do any workout. I also spent my 40 minutes on doing exercise.
