ok, so i finished my first cycle. i must say, great pumps and some good results... nothing too crazy, but i sure notice the difference.
I started out with 20mcg after each workout. and halfway through went up to 30mcg... i think next time i want to go to 40mcg per day.

Any form of IGF is ONLY supplied in a lyphosized form, which means a dry powder state. NEVER PUCHASE PRE-DILUTED LIQUID IGF!!!! There is no such product made anywhere in the world and even if there were real IGF ever present in the vial it would all be dead by the time...

jonflex - thanks! I'm trying to achieve some muscle growth. basically i want to look nice and ripped up. I am lean already and feel like any gains i get will show up very well. I am not looking to be huge, just really fit, with some size, but nothing crazy.
