Most guys cant cook (not that I can, I just work at a restaurant) but they make ones out there that are basically two pans facing each other, it traps the heat like having a cover on, and you can flip it over...

    dnp by far... The only real danger to someone uneducated imo is that if you are impatient you will up your dose too much cause your not feeling it, and then boom you are hotter than the sun because it takes a good 48 hrs to start building up in your system. Ill copy and paste the dnp manual...

    pre workout supps

    Definitely bro, like 25 grams or less is great though. I usually prepare a small meal some carbs and like 25 grams protein for pre workout with, taurine, ALCAR, and whatever else you like, I dont use any bigtime stimulants, but these help me out great for focus etc.:thumbsup:

    do you use in conjunction with clen/t3 etc? They can really throw a wrench in the works of DNP's actions. I have never really experienced a fever with DNP, actually I often get a lower than normal temp reading like 98.2 on 200mg-400mg. I sure feel hot though.

    Gotcha, IMHO sides can be managed with proper diet protocols, and so long as you have half a brain you would not die from DNP. The kid who did had like so many other things going on I am surprised DNP was named 'the killer'
