    I couldn't agree more.... In the past I had used strength shoes, plyos, all kinds of routines etc. But when I finally tried that method it was the best size and separation I had had ever. Now that I am back in the gym I consider it the ONLY way to train calves.

    About an hour is usually what people say... Another thing to watch out for on some of the stretches is that over time if you push too hard on some of the stretches and your form isn't right on you can do some serious damage... don't rush, stay focused etc. After awhile you can really learn how...

    I have done the IGF Long R3 before with excellent results... Bumping this up to see if anyone feels one peptide is superioir to the others. I am looking to use one only.....
