Swimming is one the best cardio exercises for me cause I don't get bored doing it....I like to just swim as fast as I can to one side of the pool doing the front stroke, and then on the way back I swim backwards with my arms by my sides and only use my hands and little arm movement to keep me...
try www.lemelange.com ....and click on bodybuilding supplies.....they have 2 products, a emulsifying agent that is not food grade and Gum Arabic Liquid, which is food grade. Never used either of these, so don't know anything about them, just seen them on their website. Max
