lol...I can just see this guy gathering all the weights and then weighing them! lol... Why doesn't he just get a paint pen and weigh everything in the gym, once! Then just write the actually weight on the weight! UNLESS...what IF the scale is OFF! lol...then WTF?

I am 30.81, my weight is 240lbs and I am 6'2". This is fun to do, but not in anyway accurate in judging BF or how much fat a person is carrying. Too many variables, you can have two people the exact same height and weight, one could be FAT the could be LEAN. Both would have the same outcome...
