If you're at home you can get on your hands and knees and kick your leg up and out.
If your at the gym, you can use an attachment to your ankle and kick out. (with a cable pull)
Stress on that!! Make sure she is fully aware that there is a risk of sides. Us ladies are waaaaay different than you fellas.
Is her diet and training in check?
CLA is like an essential fat. Supposed to aid in weight loss, but your diet must be completely in check. Or you will never see a difference. You might want to try r-ALA as well.
