to be in ketosis your body switches from burning carbs to burning fats ... the slight amount of carbs in the PB fudge is NOT by any means gonna kik you out of ketosis... You have to factor in the amounts of fat in the PB... By far it beats out the carbs and there are 2 grams of fiber to slow...
