    If I have to take in a lot of carbs or just don't feel like eating the spaghetti. Brown rice is really good because it's different and more chewie(f that makes any sense lol), oats, or good 'ole supplements but I'm still trying to figure out my favorite carb supplement :)

    MGF and IGF-1 LR3

    I haven't used MGF A LOT so I am not as experience as everybody else but I would recommend DES as a pre-workout and LR3 as a post-workout due to the fact that LR3 has insulin mimicking effect and it will help shuttle foods around.

    Have you tried DES as a pre-workout? I have used it at 100mcg bilaterally and have never had to up the dosage. Des pre-workout and LR3 post-workout. Amazing pumps and it'll bring in some nice fullness. But let us know how you experience with MC IGF goes :)
