    Definitely notice the uppper back thickness. do you do full range of motion deads? the lower back looks the same.. Great work overall though. 15lbs!

    been about 1.5weeks. dbol is starting to kick in since i get pumps from typing. weight is at 226, no bloat, sodium is under 1500mg.

    alright, so i might as well update this since it's been almost a year. haha. stats after finishing cycle. 15% bf, 233lbs 8 months later dieted down naturally to my weight now of 223 (also didn't do cardio)and whatever my bf% is..getting it checked tomorrow. pics attached are now. new cycle...

    I use that formula also. good post. for tracking my macros and cals..i use this site: www.livestrong.com you can track all your food and macros. takes me about 5min a day to enter all my food and exercise in.

    i threw out 3500 cals b/c it would be around your maintenance cals and i figured this might help speed up(fix) your metabolism. I wouldn't drop down past 2500 net cals which would mean you'd eat back as many cals as you burnt exercising...jmo though. i'm 6'1 223 and even when i'm around 11%bf...
