i see you're basically just eating protein and carbs. that really doesn't build the calorie total. when i bulk i have to add in fats to keep it up. if i were you i would count one day to see atleast. I don't know, i can't bulk or cut without knowig how...
alright, so i might as well update this since it's been almost a year. haha.
stats after finishing cycle. 15% bf, 233lbs
8 months later dieted down naturally to my weight now of 223 (also didn't do cardio)and whatever my bf% is..getting it checked tomorrow. pics attached are now.

you can track all your food and macros. takes me about 5min a day to enter all my food and exercise in.
i threw out 3500 cals b/c it would be around your maintenance cals and i figured this might help speed up(fix) your metabolism. I wouldn't drop down past 2500 net cals which would mean you'd eat back as many cals as you burnt exercising...jmo though.

i can't see how that low of calories is going to lean you up..especially since you'll be burning calories working out and end up with almost nothing.. i think your maintenance calories are around 3500. eating too little is going to put your body into starvation mode and you won't lean up.
