gotcha, well, just make sure to keep lifting heavy and hard, watch your calorie intake so you're not in too much of a deficit(which could cause muscle loss). low intensity shouldn't really hurt too much.

if you're trying to hold onto as much as you can, i'd chill with the cardio and maybe do some HIT training with the clean eating. The more muscle you build the easier you'll burn cals and lose fat. jmo
