I used to until I threw out my back the last 4times I wore one. I actually used to be a gear whore but now I don't use anything other than some wrist wraps on heavy bench and push presses
I take time off. I was almost at my ideal build lacking about 7lbs of muscle. I have pretty much taken the last 2months off. Now i'm ready to hit it again
I hate working out after work. I am tired and weak and I don't even have a manual labor job anymore.
I should be on 2nd shift soon and that is my favorite b/c I can wake up eat and go workout, come home, eat, and go to work. Makes life easier for me
well I already have a small pre-existing condition and it hasn't made it any worse. Whereas, some PH's I have taken has made it a lot worse and I had to get on some Anti-E's quick
I like to work them twice a week. Two exercises each time
one heavy and low reps. One light and with bw with high reps
Diet needs to be pretty strict for them to be looking good all the time and IGF helps a ton :)
I am amazed at how many trainers look like they don't workout. IMO it isn't to hard to be 150lbs and have abs
yet all these douche bags are trainers at the commercial gyms I travel to when i'm on business
I just hate when ppl talk shit when they think you can't hear them(head phones on). I have gotten into a few fights over this and punked quite a few ppl out. I also would hate it when I used to PL and ppl bashed gear or bands/chains
However, I workout at a gym now that is pretty damn awesome...
I wouldn't call that small at all brother. I'm 5'10 215 and I wouldn't consider myself "small" O wait are we talking body size here or something else b/c then who knows you might be right :)

yeah I eat atleast 2raw a day and when i'm staying in a hotel like I am now. I eat eggs in the morning and at night. Yikes that's prolly around 6 a day, but I had a heart attack at 21 so maybe I should cut down my egg consumption :) haha

still want to look good and be symmetric
plan on getting back into strongman soon
it's no fun being fit if you can't run around and play sports
and I used to be able to shut the #3 gripper with no problems. I don't do them that much...
ppl who ask me to spot them with weight that is way to heavy for them
There are now a few ppl in the gym who I refuse to spot and I told them it's b/c I am not going to do BBrows(when they are benching) or curls(when they are doing shoulder presses)
