    I really despise leg days. Most guys workout their upper body because you are more likely to get comments on arms, chest, shoulders, etc... I just force myself through it once a week. 5-6 sets of squats and some calf raises do me fine.

    He just doesnt want to administer it more than twice a week. Originally his source was going to get the 200mg, but only got the 50mg/ml. He is running Test 500mg and Eq 250mg. He is 6'0 200lbs and Bf 10%. Trains hard, diet is so so.
