    Thats cool.... Yeah its a nice area.I been in W.H. all of last year doing my training at the field... Very nice place to fly. I was very impressed with the Golds gym at Winter Haven for such a small town. The Golds in Lakeland is neat too but the one in W.H. is much newer and bigger floor space

    I have always found I get the most out of leg presses in the high rep range... I get such a pump and allows me to do each rep with strict form and gain an awesome contraction ... I tend to do 4 sets - 50 reps, 40, 30 20. off course you will have to reduce the weight but it does help a great deal...

    Thats exactly what I want to avoid. :) Thanks Chris. OTC ones will be more suited to me as I know of people getting hooked on pain killers which is a vicious circle.
