I have competed alot but it has been almost 10 years since my last time..lightweight mens nationals...I'm 5'6 and 192 hard so I'm going at it again but with all new supplements ,most of which I've never had the luxury to use..plan on coming in at the top of the middles at a national qualifier in...
overtraining feels like:
less motivating then previous workouts
decrease in normal strength, a little not mutch so you have to pay close attention.
body stays sore, longer
pumps are less
muscles aren't as full during the day
in worst cases you may even be tierd
this can also happen if you over...
I've used primo at 400mg's a week, not too impressed...IMO I would use at least 600mg..It's very mild but gives you an awsome look, hard and round..but 15 pounds is a little optomistic IMO
