    I can affoed it because I know where to get super :) deals on supps.It takes 60 seconds to scoop all the powders in a cup.Then add water and all powders in a vitamix(blender)and within 3 minutes of your workout its time to heal....YAAAAAA!!!!!!:D

    Yep,that's it exactly. :) 120 grams is about twice what I would try to take in normally and since I sip on a carb drink during a workout[helps to keep cortisol levels lower,which are usually spiked when intense exercise begins] and water, my stomach needs some help with digestion...:D
