    I always get a spot when benching heavy. One time I asked some guy if he needed a spot because he had a lot of weight on the bar. he said no...3 minutes later I hear the weights come crashing off.

    Just taking a look at the IGF...I see that it is 1mg-ml, but what is the quantity? Also, who out there has already ordered IGF through Lab-corp?...I've seen a lot of supporters, but I know they just added IGF recently. Final stupid question...are there 1000mcg's in 1mg? Thanks, J

    Organon Sust didn't used to look like this...I would ask your friend if they have different amps now. I beleive there are some older pics in this forum somewhere. By the way, I got some stuff that looked close to the real deal and was no good, so definately be aware of fakes.

    In my opinion...I definately feel that the walking does something...you are almost walking 5 miles a day. Depending on your current goals, this is good or bad. If you are looking to bulk, I would cut out the walking for a bit...otherwise I think it is a good thing, and it sounds like you enjoy...
