Not sure what that is in Nanograms? I think ive converted it to 500???? But not really sure!
My doctor tels me this is totally normal and average, After doing my research i have found for a 40 y/o male 23 Nanomoles is average and...
Well i just got my blood test results back from the doc, The problem is its all measured in nanomoles per Litre rather than nanograms
Test levels 17.5 nanomoles
FSH 3.1 Nanomoles
LH 1.6 Nanomoles
Anybody know what this means or how i can convert to Nanograms??????
What would an ideal cycle look like for an athlete to gain purely power,speed and maybe even loose a few pounds of fat, But deffinatley not put on any weight or water???
Same here, Im usually very hot when off too, Same complaint from the missus aswell like a radiator even when im not on!

This is a very interesting read, I got my blood taken for test levels on Friday at 2pm, I was full of cold virus so tried to go for a run but was too wasted so couldnt even face a dumbell.

Yeah man, the fight night is at the O2 arena! I was hoping that the weigh in would be there also! But so far its been difficult to find out where it's gonna be.
I'm flying down on Thursday to try and catch the weigh in on friday so looking a bit grim so far

Once again a big thanks to all the comments left here.
My diet now is different as i train for boxing now rather than putting on mass, so since i stopped eating so much i really thought i would have seen some results from all the training i do and have been doing.

h8tr3d! I just seen some pics of u and if i had a body like yours id be walking about with no top on when it was fuckin snowing!! I got a few pics at 200lbs and it'll give u a laugh!!! Pics are too large though so i gotta shrink them down to get them on here!!!

My diet has changed over the years where in the begining it was just eat as much as possible every 2 to 3 hours with a base of high carbs and protien with weight gainers in between. I then hit my first cycle about a year or 2 after my training...
