i don't like the concept of tryin to bulk and cut. . . seems like you are always cutting yourself short of the gains you "could" have made. gears approach is good the winny will harden you up but will not cut your bf down. . . bulk for the first 10 wks and then hit the cardio super hard
i agree with everyone to an extent that if you work on your body seriously and dedicated then you are a BB but to me i consider a BB someone who doesn't have to say that they are one, people just know!

my doc don't know, i have actually been debating on telling her. . . especially since i am being treated for kidney stones and an enlarged kidney. . . she also mentioned that my liver values were high
