i hear ya bro. I have a job that often swings shifts from early mornings to pm starts and its hell on me. I am the biggest asshole when I don't get any sleep but I think that goes for anyone really.
not me....I hate politics...and personally you never know who is going to be good until they sit down in that seat. They are all bullshit artists that can make anything sound good.

If I am on the treadmill long enough my quads rub together and give me a bad Indian burn.....its painful as helll. Makes it even hard to walk because its always rubbing. If I dont wear a specific kind of pants my inner thighs get torn up.

yeah me too Cy....man I always end up eating some kind of garbage right before bed. Happens to me all the time. Maybe because I'm going to bed right afterwards and don't have to think about the fat its gonna put on. Sometimes I just sit in front of the TV on a Sunday(usually my binge day)...
they are nasty....I like Taco Bell myself but those are not good at all. potatoes and Tex-Mex dont mix my friend.
Anyways, water would work. Stimulants always knock it out for me but we are talking about getting to bed at a decent hour too.
Also, protein shakes will do the trick. Always...
