Got too impatient and skipped the pre-filter step. I managed to salvage a little over half of it. The shit hardened up in the pin filter or it clogged.

I just came off:
D-bol 35mg e/d 1-4
Omna 500mg p/wk 1-10
Winny 50mg e/d 8-11
Been off for 4 wks and lost 2lbs (water)
Don't stop:
Eating
Protein shakes
Glutamine
Creatine
I've been going lighter weight-more reps (not killing it).
My calves suck too.
I started a new workout with 'em and I see results.
When I do my sets I roll my feet - roll inside 1, roll outside 1.
Takes a little getting use to and coordination but I had to lower weight and it burns like hell. Anyway - just an idea.
