Hey all, I just redid my membership with 24 hour fitness.. The new deal came with a couple free training sessions... I'm not crazy about even taking them up on it if they are just going to be sales sessions where they try to get me to buy a package.. I've been working out for over 10 years...

if someone says to take something say 600mg for 10 weeks, ... does that mean take 600 mg divided by 10 weeks? or does that mean 600mg every week? if so would you take like 200mg 3X in a week? or would you take 600mg once a week?

I personally am too chicken to do the illegal stuff. I know there are some really good combinations of supplements and stuff that you can take that will really help you get bigger, but... really is there anything you can get legally which will produce results similar to AS?

Re: When companies sell "lifetime" memberships I totally agree that people should watch out for such occurances, however in this case, I really don't think 24Hour Fitness is going anywhere in my lifetime. But you never know?
