this is me and what do you think of it?? nothing muchto say but i`m 58 190 in the pics and the offseason side chest pic i`m 200 natural. here we go, fire away!!!!!!!

here is me in the off season and natural as fuck, give me a little while and i`ll be getting ready for either another show or pro football tryouts. what ever comes first!! anyway what do think since i am natural!!

thanks guys for the positive coments, i will definitly put more on the forum in the future for your critiquing. real roids, yeah that is the guy who won the whole show that year tim rafus(one in middle), he has a real good chance to go all the way in my books but that is just me.

heh man thanks!!!! 5`8" at this show 185lbs at 4% but the next show i am plaining on being 200lbs at 3-4%, but we`ll just have to see!!!!!!!!!

2nd over all, but this year i`m going for the whole thing, make my legs bigger and thicken my bellies in my shoulders/arms/ chest/ and widen the back. i`v been off for a year doin just that, hopefully it paid off. thanks
