ok I have the solulion. Test suspension 20ml/100mg: 2 grs test base 14,8 ml esteril water 4,8 ml bb 0,6 ml ab 0,6 ml poly 80 and filter 0,45. I have made 20ml/ 100mg.

I think is same of winny but I´m not sure. Only I need know who filter is correct 0,22 or 0,45. I make winny with this recipe and filtering with 0,45
