I've been trying to do behind the necks lately, everyone says how great
They are but others say it's really bad for u after some time.
What do u guys prefer?
My client who us now 62 , I have been training for about 3 years now.
In this time they have increased strength by 300%+
lost 15lbs of bf and has stayed the same weight give or take. Point here is age is just a number....
Ive seen many "older" folks make great improvements
