When prepping for a show I never run cause it shrinks my legs.
I usually power walk on an incline post workout and in the am
So for me , yes, I drop weight walking
I don't jump on the tred mill or anything, I usually just do like 100-150 abs reps and toes to sky stretching
And whatever body part I do that specific day I'll do some very low weight high rep sets to get the blood flowing
Any compounds effects and side effects depends on the person honestly.
If your carbs are super low I'd increase fats a bit, see where your sodium is at, and increase water intake
Btw what time of the day are you feeling this?
This is something that'll never go away
Advice is like assholes, everyone has"em and they all stink (bad advice anyways)
The only time I give anyone my 2 cents is to a younger guy who has no idea what he's doing or that I see really needs it.
I can't tell you how many guys offer me TIPS...
I just got into the show, just finishing up season 2 right now on net flix. I tried to watch it the other day but was lost since I missed the first half of season 3
I think back in my early 20s I did a push pull program
Not as a body builder I steer clear of that to put more focus and concentration in one body part per day
But there's no doubt that you get a wicked pump when hitting both back and chest!!!!
As long as he brings that big package and is as sharp as nails he ll crush then
It's not the best line up but sure has quality
Hope he doesn't think it'll be a push over
I think it's a joke, no such thing as ORAL hcg
So many people (women) are doing this hcg diet crap
My opinion to women looking to lose weight .... DIET!!!
Doctors are putting women on a low dose of hcg cut with b12 and charging hundreds of dollars, and giving them a no carb high protein diet...
I think my shoulders are closed for life, too much scar tissue
I like outer quads, they are so large 3ccs is a walk in the park
I've done my tear drops as well
One thing I've never tried was lats or chest
I love me some pb
But when I don't want the fats I've been buying SHOPRITE plain Greek yogurt and adding some sugar free syrup to it
8 carbs, no fat, 18 grams protein
Believe it or not, fats before bed put me to sleep
And my arms always fall asleep... I've been laying on my stomach more, that way my arms aren't all crunched up
I've always done myself... But closer to contest , I'll have someone else do my glutes so I do not cramp up trying to twist my torso. I locked up last year pretty bad
