    Any compounds effects and side effects depends on the person honestly. If your carbs are super low I'd increase fats a bit, see where your sodium is at, and increase water intake Btw what time of the day are you feeling this?

    I think back in my early 20s I did a push pull program Not as a body builder I steer clear of that to put more focus and concentration in one body part per day But there's no doubt that you get a wicked pump when hitting both back and chest!!!!

    I think it's a joke, no such thing as ORAL hcg So many people (women) are doing this hcg diet crap My opinion to women looking to lose weight .... DIET!!! Doctors are putting women on a low dose of hcg cut with b12 and charging hundreds of dollars, and giving them a no carb high protein diet...

    I have 12 grams of sugar mid work out, then 20-30 post workout along with 50 grams whey. Then an hour later an egg white meal

    I've always done myself... But closer to contest , I'll have someone else do my glutes so I do not cramp up trying to twist my torso. I locked up last year pretty bad
