I would just be encouraging... when she is doing a great job tell her... when she needs a little push be firm but gentle. But don't forget unless she really wants it you can't help her... oh and don't throw it in her face well you wanted my help.... some days just let her vent. Biggest thing...
I went back to grad school so my time is limited between working and that so my work outs go like this:
Wed: arms/shoulders
Thurs: back/chest
Fri: Legs
Sat and Sun heavy cardio days
On wed, thurs, and fri I'll do cardio but not as intense as sat and sunday. Monday and Tuesday I take off due...
I agree to switching up your routine. A good work out is an interval training you can do on the treadmill. Do 20 min of 1 min sprint 1 min jog for 20 min... make sure you do a warm up and a cool down as well.
I personally like to do high reps low weights as well and 6 days a week I'll do 35-45 minutes of cardio... I switch it up and don't do the same thing every day
