I was very skinny and an aerobic's instructor. I was sick of the anorexic look. At 5'7. 120 ~ not good lol ~ I saw a pick of Penny Price, I had no idea who she was and loved her muscle. Anyway, I picked up a book, learned how to train and I won the Florida Title about 10 years later at 5'7...

I just thought I'd introduce myself, I was lurking for a few days before I decided to join ~ Anyway, I'm just getting back into the gym again after a very bad motorcycle accident. I'm so sad cause I was just about to enter The Florida State about a month before it happened. Bummer ~ oh well...
