last time I applied to tricep was 2 weeks ago and I am still having it spasm. Extremely annoying, how much longer? The tenderness and "knot" feeling beneath skin has been gone for a week now, I am still having it spasm right where IGF was applied. 20mcg igf/20mcg bacwater.
