    Here's the deal....trying to bring up arms and chest. like this: mon- chest/tri -40 mcg in pecs tues- back/bi - 40 mcg in bi's wed- legs 40 mcg in tear drops/quads (switch b/w the 2 each wk) thurs- should.-40 mcg in delts fri-arms/4arms - 40 mcg in tri's (all done immed. post training)...

    Carbs on IGF

    Any recommendations on amount of carb to take in following 40mcg? Is it dependent on the amount you use like slin, or just do a standard carb/protein shake post workout (and Post pin). Im 6 ft., 240, about 10%bf if that helps.
