I would like to take igf 1 lr3 everyday and not on off days. But how do you guys apply to lats. Or do you guys think 3 days a week is enough. Pec i did yesterday, that was easy. Than I will do delts and quads. Bis i dont know little nervous. Tris no way. Lol. Thanks.
Just got my igf1 lr3 and exited to start but a little nervous. I have only done delts. Quads and glute. Now I would like to do pec and traps but little nervous. I don't know about traps but what about pecs. Any tips. Thanks
