I only use them for deadlifts and sometimes shrugs if I put them last in my routine. Others say to stear from them because they will slow the progress on forearm strenght.
When do you use them, if any?
I'm going to try and buy one today or tomorrow and just wanting some ideas.
All I need is some music for 60-90 minutes. No graphics, voice records or useless BS that you spend extras on.

Monday: AM -- Quads and Hams
PM -- Calves and Abs
Tuesday: AM -- Back and traps
PM -- Tris
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: Shoulders
Friday: AM -- Chest
PM -- Bis

My shoulders are pretty strong and I'm almost repping my body weight when doing shoulder presses. All the other body parts don't really lag behind, but they aren't as strong as my shoulders.
