    Calorie cycling?

    Can someone help me with calorie cycling? I'm 5'0 108-110 lb. I'm trying to loose some body fat. Since I don't weigh much, my calories should everage to about 1,100 (10 x body weight)? How would I cycle that without having days where I can eat only 500:eek: ? :confused:
