    Question;more weight and less reps or.,,

    less weight and more reps--for instance--lets say your doing close grip benches--you ve got 200 on the bar but you can only bailey do 6 reps--so you do 2 sets of 6 reps--or is it better to lessen the weight to 175 and do a 12 rep set twice?

    Question about Standing Milatarys

    i just got a power rack--so instead of doing milatarys from a seated position,in which i would bend over,grab the bar from the floor and proceed---I now put the bar on the rack ,shoulder height, load up the weights,and then grab the bar from that height and do my sets.Seems i can work the set...

    Another anadrol vs dbol question...,

    do these two produce the same results?I mean I know there in the same ball park range--but heres the thing--if dbol,besides its muscle building aspects gives as one of its sides A SENSE OF WELL BEING, then why even consider anadrol? unless anandrol is a SO MUCH better muscle builder---

    Bicep workout--How many sets do u do??

    keeping in mind "overtraining" once a week, warmup (small weight,15 reps ez bar) 2 sets 100 lbs ez bar 8 to 10 reps 2 sets hammers 50 lbs 10 reps finish with 1 set 15 reps ez bar 1/2 the weight (50 lbs) too much ? too lilttle? what do ya think?

    doing cardio right after lifting-question..,

    being that I only have 2 to 3 days a week to exercise i need to fit in some cardio,hence the question; does doing 20 min of cardio right after lifting compromise my muscle growth from lifting--(when I finish the cardio i drink a shake with about 100 carbs and 75 protein)
