I tried this stuff at 5g twice per day and I really like it. Normally when on cycle my aerobic endurance goes way downhill, but after about a week on the citrulline malate I actually had a noticeable improvement in aerobic capacity. I find this very useful on cycle, especially a cutting cycle...
Initially started at 40mcg/day. Hunger kicked in around day 3 or so. After 1 week no sore joints, no wicked pumps, and no weight gain. BUT, lost 1 solid inch of fat off the waist. Which must mean that there was muscle gain to counter the fat lost.
