My suggestion is igf first 3-4 weeks then equivalent break than following or a week after your last shot of test hit the IGF up... I have not triedthis but the reviews frm ome MC members find that IGF is perfect for pct fr maintaining (if not gaining weight) pct and from my exp the igf will keep...
DEFINATLY .... pre work out (1.5-2 hrs) potatos, pnb , whey and casien shake... I notice the ADDED fat to this meal increases strength dramatically ... get tired less uickly as well
