Presser- what kind of effect do you get outta hitting your abs only? Prolly gotta be pretty lean to get it to the muscle there, huh. Im around 11 % and doubt I could get it to my abs with those teeny tiny pins (fat ass hahahah)
Here's the deal....trying to bring up arms and chest. like this:
mon- chest/tri -40 mcg in pecs
tues- back/bi - 40 mcg in bi's
wed- legs 40 mcg in tear drops/quads (switch b/w the 2 each wk)
thurs- should.-40 mcg in delts
fri-arms/4arms - 40 mcg in tri's
(all done immed. post training)...
hahaha....i guess ill do 30 pre workout if thats the effect you get from it.

ive heard of those doing it only in the morning too, I guess its just a preferrence or is there some science on the differences. All the stuff Ive learned has mentioned most methods, but didnt really give...

im prolly gonna run 40-60 mcg post workout. at least to start with that is.
That will be ran with about 750 test E and 600 EQ. After 4 weeks with lr3, I will throw in 40 mg DB per day.
How does that sound?
im am going to start with 40mcg immediately post wo and then eat. Prolly go up from there, but its my first time with peptides. excited, but want to be sure i do it right to get the most out of it.

OK. thats what i thought. i didnt think it messed with you like slin, but i hear all these guy talking about goin hypo on it. just wondering what that was all about.
Any recommendations on amount of carb to take in following 40mcg? Is it dependent on the amount you use like slin, or just do a standard carb/protein shake post workout (and Post pin).
Im 6 ft., 240, about 10%bf if that helps.
