    I work out for about 4-5 days per week, my workout usually consists of about 30 minutes of swimming, and 20 lb dumbell sets of 50-60 for each arm, I do about 20 push ups every hour. I really need to work on my diet though, really I don't have one, I just avoid high-fat foods.
