I boil my chicken so its fucking gross, I use this sweet chili thai sauce that I drizzle over the chicken. Its about 30mg of sodium per tablespoon and 4 carbs. I probably use 4 servings, but then again I eat 9oz at a time.

It wasn't pleasant at all. Like the thanksgiving shake we made, it was hard to get past the smell. It was worth a shot though. Members of the gym are really digging the idea and keep throwing ideas and asking when were doing the shake of the day because they want to be there to try it
