    I was just wondering has any of the women done any deca. I just came off of a cycle of deca and primo. I did deca for 6 weeks of 50 and 100 primo 8 weeks. The muscle gain has been unreal and how stong I have become is unreal. The only side affects I have seen so far is bad acne and very oil skin...

    Diet plan

    I have been eating like this for 6 months now, not only do I feel better but have lost 35 lbs. I only eat whole wheat carbs, no white carbs of any kind, or sugar. I feel so much better. Suzanne Somers this is her way of eating for years now. Read some of her books they are great maxthecat :D

    Tea Tree Oil                                                                   I get those big red ones but its like nothing is in them and they hurt. So far tea tree oil is the only thing that  has worked Try it maxthecat :)

    This is true, I have been eating like this for awhile now and feel much better. I don't have that full feeling when I combine my foods like that. Suzanne Sommers has great books about this type of eating. I lost 12pds in three months eating like this. Don't mix carbs, with proteins...
