    Intra-workout shake (Scivation Xtend) plus water, plus gloves. No need for music for me. I am more than motivated without it.

    Dealing with Acne

    I started hitting the gym only 3 months ago. Since then, I in fact stopped producing almost any acne on my skin, whereas I did so before that. I have to note here, that I was on a quite restrictive diet for that period though. I am sure that plays a major part.
