Update: 4 weeks in and cut my dose back to 500mg of sust and 400mg of tren e per week, I get heartburn on tren and it got me with a vengeance so dialed it back on the 3rd week. Sust is working nicely, I want to fuck everything and have had lots of energy as of late. Tren sides are hitting me...

My legs are sore as hell too, went relatively light on squats for 4×12 ass to grass and pausing at the bottom. Feel Luke I get more from that than heavy ass leg press or squats where I can't get as deep

I would filter through a .22 filter to be completely safe an I usually use 3.5% ba to be sure that it stays sterile.
