i would describe these tips in simply two lines.. follow a proper exercise with a proper and health diet plan .. it would best for your weight loss.. exercise and diet both are equally important

I think it totally depends on goals like either you wanna loss weight, build body and muscle or wanna gain fitness.. But normally 30 to 40 minutes are enough for workout
