Is there anything i can do to this stuff to make it not so crippling after i use it. i have 2700 mg's left and don't want it to go to waste. i used it once awhile back but hell i couldn't lift my arm for 4 days afterwards. Also i tried to use the search for this but i did not seem to be working.

i have it in both my elbows it sucks, when it does act up there are times that i can't even bend my arms, i usually put tiger balm ointment on and it usually starts to feel better.

hey guys at night when i'm trying to sleep my left arm will just go numb sometimes i'm laying on my left side and others i'm laying on my back. it's not like its "your arm is asleep feeling" it just goes numb in my arm and fingers. and it only happens at night and only seems tp happen like this...
