Press, if you saw a Pro prepping for a show, and for sake of argument, they left all the pins in their back from using this stuff, you would laugh and say they looked like a pin cushion. LOL It is used a ton in the last 36 hrs to pop many smaller muscles and give striations that could not be seen otherwise. As you know, and most competitive BB'rs, this is a crazy ass sport, and when crunch time comes, we pull out all strings. (its esp easy since our brains do not function correctly from extreme dieting at that point anyway). Dont want to hi jack Chris's thread here either, just throwing out a little more info here. MMX2, yea, I used that stuff years ago when I competed as a teen, and my trainer and buddies did me up on my abs traps and rear delts, and they all were laughin at me, telling me this is what you gotta go thru as I literally sat there in pain and dripping tears cause of the burning pain. But I was very happy with my bulging abs the next day. I remember I could not crunch them tightly in a pose as they still hurt, but I really didnt need to anymore, they were blocky and like a scrub board.
