The cycle I was VERY happy with was...

10 weeks

Deca @ 600/week
Sust250 @ 500/week
D-bol first 4 weeks @ ~20mg / day


Still a great cycle?

27 years old. First cycle was when I was 20. I'm 6'1 175, very lean. It's always been hard for me to bulk. Looking forward to bulking back up as clean as possible so there's not too much fat to cut.

Results I'm looking for from this cycle:
Probably about 15 lbs of muscle (not counting all the weight I put on from deca). I want to come out of this cycle at week 10 at sub 10% Body Fat. I realize I'm going to sacrifice gains from not going pure bulk.



First Cycle was the one I posted above

Second Cycle was:

Sust250
EQ (hated it, missed the deca bloat)
 
You will gain 15lbs easily in the ten weeks of this cycle, however once your off a while and with proper post cycle regimen, your likely to only keep about 2-4lbs of lean muscle mass if ur lucky!

is that a question bro? sorry i didnt understand, but if its a question then yes bro even with proper evrything thats all you will gain in terms of lbm lean body muscle , 4lbs is a shitload in ten weeks if its pure lean muscle you put on, pro bbers are luck to put on 10lbs of pure lean mass in a year
 
lol, that's what happens when I get a call from my buddy in the middle of posting.

I was going somewhere with that.... wanted to make sure that was an acceptable gain, which you answered.

I'm also going to want to take nolvadex (sp?) or some kind of anti-e during the cycle. Any suggestions? By bulking "clean" and not just going for a straight bulk am I being stupid? Will I be sacrificing way too much in terms of gains?

nah bro i think i know what you mean by a clean bulk and i think its fine, as for looking for anti-e, it would be best to have it on hand incase you need it during the cycle, but defitnalty for after the cycle, you can purchase them from our store also www.musclechemistry.com we have a few different kinds and we just stocked up on them so we have whatever you need
 
bulking clean is definitely better than eating crap. you don't want to gain more fat than necessary, considering you'll be holding water also with that cycle.

my opinion.

clean calories > junk calories...just make sure you getting enough cals and water in to grow and you'll be fine.
 
hey kros! its good to have you here. Your reminding me of myself, i went back on gear after a 10 year laps. I think it has something to do with the 30 creaping close....

no problems running deca higher than the test?
 
Maybe I am just old fashion, but I think the sust alone for 10 weeks would be enough to definitely get you 15lbs+ If you eat REALLY clean, and work your ass off after your cycle you can probably maintain 2-4lbs over time, like Presser was saying.

In any case, I really like the sust/deca/dbol(to kick it off)

agreed, i would also suggest hitting it for some time natural and allow some possible muscle and strength memory to bounce back.
 
I honestly believe it's possible to keep more than 2-4lbs of LBM post cycle however I have noticed this mostly with slightly longer cycles (14 weeks+). I kept over 80% of my gains post cycle on the last 2 longer cycles that I have done although those cycles were about 4 months and 6+ months each running I think . It's been at least 2-3 years since I have hit one up and I'm actually pretty damn lean right now. I'm hoping once I am able to hit one to be able to soak up the weight/muscle like a sponge. Shit, I just lost about 35-40lbs over the course of 7-8 months. Lost a decent amount of muscle but also lost even more bodyfat. I'm feeling pretty small right now, but I actually feel healthy which starts to change when you start to get as heavy as I was many months back. lol. I want to get back up to about 210 and keep the bodyfat low like now.

BTW I agree with everyone here on making sure you start things up naturally for a while until you get back into shape and not injure yourself.
