it happened friday afternoon...i didn't ice it then or saturday...today i'm gelpacking it all day on and off...the bruising is minimal though and not very dark on rear delt and on the high inside triceps it's a dark dot the size of a dime only...i do know i'll NEVER do db pullover EVER AGAIN now

Just out of curiosity, were you doing the db pullovers with both hands on the db or isolated?

both hands...only 80lb db...for lat stretch movement...it popped before full stretch...my right delt was already hurting from doing flat bench 3 weeks ago though in that deep rear delt area though...i was asking for trouble
 
Ah, the only reason I ask is because I've known several people to injure themselves doing one arm db lat pullovers so I thought I'd ask
