About ten years ago the FDA once againe with it's head stuck way up its ass was going to try to make all vitamins and supps prescription only. A number of groups obtained the phone numbers (don't waste your time with mail because you can't force someone to read it)of the FDA wich was the offending agency of the day.
The plan was simple they (the life extension foundation)sent form letters to all there members. The members were to on the date listed phone all the numbers listed and read the letter.
What ensued was that the FDA offices were shut down for a couple of days, the people got there say and the FDA was forced to listen. Oh yeah and they did a 180 on the supp ban.
Now today with all the different forums I don't think it would be all that hard to tottally shut down the oppropriate offeces for a week or two.
I mean even if your forum were anti steroid and anti prohormone you can still be prochoice
